A first-time client approached us to build a single storey stone extension. Reclaimed stone—including old cills and heads—were required to ensure the new build matched the existing structure. A nearby well ran through the site intended for the new footings; we had to divert the well by chasing the pipe back and rerouting it around the building. All the work was carried out on time and to a very high standard, with a delighted customer at the end of the job.
